Actors and staff have long reported strange occurrences at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, including the ghost of an Elizabethan actor who appears in full costume. Sudden cold spots and disembodied whispers have been noted during rehearsals. The ghost is believed to be a performer who died on stage mid-line centuries ago.
